Returns:

14 day return: Within 14 days from date or order you can return and cancel your order so long as the item has not been used, or opened and items returned in original condition. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please contact us for the return address and your RMA number so we can be sure to track your return. No returns are accepted without the RMA number. Once returned a full refund minus original shipping cost will be refunded. All items to be returned to the address provided with the RMA number.

Within 7 days after receiving your item you can return the goods if there is a critical issue, and the return postage cost shall be borne by eScooter Planet. Please contact us for an RMA number and the return address for that item. No returns are accepted without the RMA number. Once returned a full refund minus original shipping cost will be refunded. All items to be returned to the address provided with the RMA number.

Within 7 to 30 days after receipt of the item if the item has critical faults, eScooter Planet will provide the spare parts or repairing service free of charge. In some occasions the customer may need to post the item back to us and the cost shall be borne by eScooter Planet.

Warranty:

Scooters: We provide one-year warranty for the mainboard and frame; half year warranty for the motor and battery. Plastic parts and minor defects are not covered by the warranty.

eBikes: We provide a one year warranty on battery motor, control board, charger and front fork and 2 years warranty on the frame. 6 months warranty on the meter, throttle, front light, switch and tyres plus 3 months warranty on the transmission, pedal and stand.

Electric Skateboards: We provide one-year warranty for the mainboard and frame, 6 months warranty for the motor and battery. Plastic parts and minor defects are not covered by the warranty

When claiming for warranty the customer must contact us detailing the problem, and send video or photo evidence of the issue/fault, also providing the purchase invoice. After confirmation by eScooter Planet, the customer will need to return the item to us. eScooter Planet will advise the returns address. eScooterPlanet will not accept unauthorised returns you must first obtain an RMA number so we can track that return on our system. The returned item should be well packed to avoid damage in transit and the customer should provide the tracking number to eScooter Planet.

Items received under warranty claim will be tested by our engineer. If the problem found is not as customer specified then we will contact the customer to advise on any repair cost and the customer will be required to pay return postage cost. If warranted the item will be fixed and returned free of charge.

Damage to the item caused by the customer is not covered under warranty and includes:

  1. Scooters: incorrect building of the scooter by the customer, abnormal riding, water inflow caused by driving on rainy days, through large puddles, on excessively wet roads, or damage caused by unauthorized refitting and repairing.
  2. E-Bikes: incorrect building of the bike by the customer, abnormal riding, damages caused by unauthorized refitting and repairing.
  3. Electric Skateboards: incorrect building of the skateboard by the customer, abnormal riding, water inflow caused by driving on rainy days or on watery roads, damages caused by unauthorized refitting and repairing.
